Once you decide to stay rent from us, a three day courtesy hold will be placed for you. A $200.00 credit card deposit will be processed on the third day and guarantee your rental.

Once guaranteed, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel fourteen days or less prior to arrival, the full payment for the entire rental will be due and will be charged to your credit card account. All cancellations and modifications must be in writing.
